- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
- During peak seasons, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be longer.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times depending on courier availability.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 4–8 business days
- Other Cities and Towns: 5–12 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Dropshipping Fulfillment
UniCart operates on a dropshipping model. Products may be shipped directly from our supplier partners or fulfillment centers.
As a result:
- Packaging may differ from product to product.
- Products ordered together may arrive in separate shipments.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on supplier location and inventory availability.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- Promotional offers may include free shipping on selected products or orders.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- A tracking number will be provided via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

- UniCart will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives in poor condition:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photos of the package/product.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
